It is named after Ernest Hemingway, the famous American writer, who had a significant connection with Ronda and Spain throughout his life.
Furthermore, our hotel has the honour of having been the home of a distinguished Spanish writer, Pedro Pérez-Clotet, a place that has witnessed the creativity and inspiration that permeated his works.
